‘Vaazha – Biopic of a Billion Boys” is a Malayalam movie directed by Anand Menen, this was a highly anticipated movie which got its theatrical release on 15th August, 2024 and received a huge applause from fans and as well as critics.
The movie is surrounding three friends, Ajo, Vishnu, Moosa and their other friends, who aren often being called as “Loosers”.
The story successfully touched the nuances of life as it became the story of their journey of discovering who they really are and what position they hold on the society.
The movie provides us with a very simple yet a very unique way to look at life, and it connected so well with thr audience that they almost felt it on a personal level.
But, that is also true that the fist half of the movie was quite slow, although it is understandable to do the world building they had to put in some background information but at certain points it felt a bit too much.
The strong bond of friendship and personal struggle of each character resonated through the screen.
The movie was specifically crisp, because of its one liners youngster encounters,
But the 2nd half of the movie started very absurdly, the main protagonist was happy, but the writers decided to bring him in to story just to prolong the movie.
But apart for all this this movie got 7.5 out of 10 on IMDb which is pretty great.
The film stars Siju Sunny, Saaf Bros, Joemon Jyothir, Jagadish, Kottayam Nazeer, Azees Nedumangad, Noby Marcose, Amith Mohan Rajeswari and Anuraj OB.
The movie is now streaming on Disney plus Hotstar, so if you haven’t watched it yet go ahead within any delay.
