Tovino Thomas’s Ajayante Randam Moshanam has been one of the most exciting Malayalam projects in recent times, enjoying an interesting theatrical run. The announcement of its OTT release came after a successful 50-day theatrical engagement.
The initial response to the film was very strong, and that momentum continued throughout its theatrical run. With a whopping 33% worldwide gross, ARM also benefited from strong word-of-mouth, which helped the movie sustain its performance in theaters.
The film features impressive visuals, marking a significant milestone for Tovino Thomas’s career as well as for the Malayalam industry. Krithi Shetty could have delivered a stronger performance, but she doesn’t detract from the overall quality. Surabhi Lakshmi also delivered a strong performance in the film.
Screenwriter Sujith Nambiar does an excellent job, crafting a story that holds up well. Paired with the strong visuals, ARM delivers a compelling cinematic experience.
Now that the theatrical run is almost over, it will be coming to Disney+ Hotstar, where it will start streaming on November 8th. The Malyalam Audio is confirmed as there is no update about the dub audio.
