3 Anime Releases To Look Forward To In 2022

There are a lot of brilliant films expected to premiere in 2022 such as ‘The Gray Man‘, ‘Batman’ and ‘Uncharted’ (to name a few). A lot of epic shows are also expected to release this year as well such as ‘The Boys’ season 3, ‘The Umbrella Academy’ Season 3 and ‘Only Murders in the Building’ season 2 (among many others). There are major global events as well to watch out for in 2022 like The Winter Olympics and the FIFA World Cup. However, for the anime fans out there (and there are millions of us), there are many brilliant anime premiering on various OTT platforms this year. Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2
This 2013 released anime is on its fourth (and likely its last season) currently. The first episode of the second part of the fourth season of this highly anticipated action drama series dropped five days ago. My Hero Academia Season 6
This show about budding superheroes is going strong has been renewed for a sixth season which is expected to drop in October 2022. With the fifth season ending on a cliffhanger, many are waiting for the sixth season to finally drop. With all five seasons currently streaming on Netflix, we expect the sixth season to drop on this OTT platform as well.

Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War
Wow. Bleach is going to get another season. This 2004 release anime was once part of the Big 3 manga/anime alongside the brilliant ‘Naruto’ and ‘One Piece’. The show has 16 seasons but it looks like there will be a final one for the “Quincy Arc – The Thousand Year Blood War”. We expect the show to drop during the fall of 2022 on Crunchyroll.
