Good news for Scooby-Doo fans. A new live action series is now developing and Warner Bros. has given the rights to Netflix. Scooby-Doo was a Warner Bros. animated series that premiered in 1969 and went on for three seasons.
The original show ‘Scooby-Doo: Where Are You!’ was created by Joe Ruby and Ken Spears and gained huge popularity among young children. There was the popular comics with the characters Shaggy, Velma, Daphne, Fred and Candy and of course the titular Scooby-Doo. Very recently the spin-off movie ‘Velma’ streamed on Max and gathered huge views from all over the world. The stories of Scooby-Doo are about adventures of the friends and their pet dog Scoobert who go and try to demystify the mysteries of supernatural villains and so called ghosts. The stories are popular among adults as well.
Josh Appelbaum and Scott Rosenberg are writing the script and will also act as executive producers of the show. The cast details and other information have not been revealed yet. There
And there were multiple animated and live action movies ‘Scooby-Doo’, ‘Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed’. There are many television movies as well that are highly popular and have a huge fan following. It is not known how many episodes will the show have.
