Adam Scott’s “Severance” Gets a Second Season at Apple TV+

One of the most critically raved shows “Severance” fronted by Adam Scott has been renewed for a second season at Apple TV+. This workplace thriller series comes from writer Dan Erickson and director Ben Stiller who also executive produces the show. However this renewal news is all the more exciting and timely because the finale episode of season one airs coming Wednesday, i.e April 8th.

“Severance” follows Mark Scout (Scott) who leads a team of employees whose memories are surgically divided in a daring experiment at the Lumon Industries. However Mark begins to question himself as he finds himself caught in a mystery that will confront his domain of work. Patricia Arquette, John Tuturro, Britt Lower, Zach Cherry, Dichen Lachman, Jen Tullock, Tramell Tillman, Michael Chernus and Christopher Walken are the other names associated with the show.

Matt Cherniss, head of programming for Apple TV+ said “We’re excited to go deeper into this wholly unique world and unpack more layers of Lumon in season two.” as he announced the renewal of the successfully running show for whom Endeavor Content serves as the main studio. The fans of the show can now keep counting days up until more details regarding the second season are revealed.
