Om Raut‘s upcoming magnum opus ‘Adipurush’ is all set to release in theatres across India on 16th June, 2023. However, before its Indian theatrical release, Adipurush will first have its world premiere at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York, on 13th June, 2023.
With its world premiere at the renowned Tribeca Film Festival, Adipurush will join a select group of films to premiere on such a prestigious global stage. It is a commendable achievement for director and creator Om Raut, producer Bhushan Kumar and star of the film, Prabhas. After RRR’s global acclaim, Adipurush’s Tribeca World Premiere will further establish Indian cinema globally.
The Tribeca Festival is taking place at New York, from June 7-18th, and Adipurush has been chosen by an esteemed jury to premiere at the festival. Adipurush will premiere on 13th June at Tribeca, and will be showcased in 3D format in the ‘Midnight Offering’ category at the festival. Immediately after its Tribeca world premiere, Adipurush will release in theatres in India and worldwide on June 16.
The Tribeca Festival is presented by OKX and founded by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, and Craig Hatkoff. Tribeca is synonymous with creative expression, entertainment and excellence in all forms of storytelling.
Adipurush stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan in his Telugu debut, along with Devdatta Nage, Sunny Singh and Vatsal Sheth. The film is written and directed by Om Raut, and produced by T-Series and Retrophiles. Adipurush releases in theatres on 16th June, 2023.
