We are talking about Rohit Shetty’s ‘Sooryavanshi’ starring Akshay Kumar in the titular role. The cop actioner is now amongst the most-watched non-English films streaming on Netflix across the globe. ‘Sooryavanshi’ had started streaming on Netflix from 3rd December.
The website further states that ‘Sooryavanshi’ was watched globally for an impressive 7.11 million hours last week, that is, from 29th November to 5th December. Whereas, on the top spot for the most-watched non-English Netflix film is the feel-good French comedy movie ‘Spoiled Brats’, which was watched for a whopping 26.73 million hours the same week.
Other international films which rank ahead of ‘Sooryavanshi’ and ‘Dhamaka’ include the Thai supernatural thriller ‘The Whole Truth’, Chinese animated film ‘Green Snake’, and Spanish comedy movie ‘More the Merrier’.
