Everyone (including superstar Mahesh Babu!) loves catching up on their favourite sitcoms, like all the time and to be honest to have a reason to do so isn’t a necessity. Given the way Netflix is raising its sitcom game, it has definitely become a go to destination for every sitcom fan.
Earlier Netflix revealed that all 9 seasons consisting of 180 episodes of ‘Seinfeld’ are coming to the platform and will start streaming from 1st October. Now it’s all ready to add ‘The Office’ (U.S.) too to its list of cult classic popular sitcoms and it will start streaming on Netflix from 23rd October, 2021 onwards.
‘The Office’ (U.S.) revolves around the daily lives of employees of Dunder Mifflin Paper Company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This workplace comedy is developed by Greg Daniels and stars Steve Carell, Rainn Wilson, John Karsinski, Jenna Fischer, B. J. Novak, Melora Hardin and David Denman. It aired on NBC from 2005-2013 and consists of 9 seasons.
While ‘Seinfeld’ was previously available on Amazon Prime Video and ‘The Office’ is currently streaming on the same, Netflix seems to be leading when it comes to hosting some of the all time fan favourite comedy shows.
This is because with the addition of ‘Seinfeld’ and ‘The Office’ (U.S.) to its library, Netflix now boasts a wide selection of sitcoms including some of the longest running ones and many others hit and award winning ones like ‘Friends’, ‘Big Bang Theory’, ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’, ‘Schitt’s Creek’, ‘Kim’s Convenience’, ‘The Good Place’, ‘Rick and Morty’, ‘Two and a Half Men’, ‘The IT Crowd’, ‘Grace and Frankie’, ‘Unbreakabel King Schmidt’, ‘Superstore’ and much more.
