Stree 2 is a fantastic success that Bollywood has been waiting for so many months now. It has surpassed the opening day collection of Fighter by a huge margin which enjoys the status of highest earning Hindi film in 2024 so far.
But, there was another Hindi film that became a surprising success at the box office. When pundits expected the film to die below 40 crores it went on to earn more than 130 crores.
We are talking about Munjya. The movie had an all-new cast and an even newer concept and yet it managed to earn a huge sum of money.
In case you are unaware, the film is a part of the Supernatural Universe which has Stree, Bhediya and Munjya with Stree 2 as the latest addition.
Quite obviously the fans have waited enough for the film to be released on OTT. Normally films arrive first on OTT and then on linear cable TV. But, Munjya has finalised its World TV Premiere even when the OTT release date is in limbo.
This has caused some fans to be anxious. But, we will keep you posted on whatever happens around the release. Meanwhile, keep in mind that Munjya will be released on Disney+Hotstar.
