Set after the events of WandaVision, the upcoming Disney+ series ‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’ is scheduled to arrive on the streaming platform in 2024. The show already has Kathryn Hahn as Agatha Harkness, Debra Jo Rupp as Sharon Davis, Aubrey Plaza as Rio Vidal (an original character), Joe Locke as Billy Kaplan, Patti LuPone as Lilia Calderu, and many more performers. Sasheer Zamata is the latest addition to the series, who will portray Jennifer Kale.
Jennifer Kale is one of the most popular characters from Marvel Comics. She is a sorceress who was born with mystical powers. According to a prominent scooper, DanielRPK, the character will not have any connection with Man-Thing in ‘Coven of Chaos’.

Kale was initially a supporting character in Man-Thing comic books. The creation of Steve Gerber and Rich Buckler debuted in the 1972 comic book run, Adventure into Fear (#11). Both above-mentioned characters share a psychic connection, forcing them to often embark on adventures together. Marvel and Disney are yet to confirm this news.
Man-Thing has already appeared in the MCU through the TV special, Werewolf by Night. Separating him from Jennifer Kale means fans could see a new origin story for Kale in the upcoming Disney+ series.
‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’ looks more like a sequel to WandaVision rather than its spin-off entry, as the former show will take place right after WandaVision’s finale, which showed Agatha losing all her powers after fighting an epic battle with Wanda Maximoff, aka The Scarlet Witch. Harkness will try to regain her lost powers in ‘Coven of Chaos’. Stay tuned for more updates.
