Exclusive Telugu streaming platform Aha Video has just revealed the premiere date for its new original film ‘Sathi Gani Rendu Ekuralu’. The film will premiere on Aha Video on 26th May, 2023. ‘Sathi Gani Rendu Ekuralu’ was to earlier premiere on Aha Video in March, but was postponed for undisclosed reasons.
‘Sathi Gani Rendu Ekuralu’ will mark production house Mythri Movie Makers’ first film created especially for streaming. The film is a dark comedy, with umpteen entertaining twists and turns. The film stars Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari (of Pushpa fame), along with Vennela Kishore, Bithri Sathi, Mohana Sree Suraaga, Raj Tirandasu and Aneesha Dama, among others.
Jagadeesh Bandari plays the lead role in ‘Sathi Gani Rendu Ekuralu’. Sathi is a helpless villager, who is burdened by massive debts. He first sells his family valuables to tide over his financial troubles. When that doesn’t suffice, he plans to sell his family land. That is when all the fun starts.
‘Sathi Gani Rendu Ekuralu’ is produced by Y. Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers, and directed by Abhinav Danda. The film premieres on Aha Video on 26th May, 2023.
