After the second looks of Vikram as Aditya Karikalan and Karthi as Vanthiyathevan earlier this week from Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan: Part One‘, today it’s time to meet Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as Nandini.
In her latest look from the film, set in the similar backdrop as that in the second look of Vikram and Karthi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan can be seen with a calm resting face while looking sideways, as if thinking or planning of something sinister. Her overall look as the vengeful Queen of Pazhuvoor exudes beauty and grace.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan plays the role of Nandini, the Queen of Pazhuvoor in Mani Ratnam’s ’Ponniyin Selvan’. She is the wife of Commander of the Chola Army, Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar and in order to make her husband the King she tries to kill the crown Prince.
Sharing her new look from the film, Madras Talkies wrote,
“Vengeance has a beautiful face! Meet Nandini, the Queen of Pazhuvoor!
