Akshay Kumar for sure is the man everyone wants a piece of, given his movies always end up being super hits. With such amazing movies in his bag, he has collaborated with many directors and producers over the span of his illustrious career and one of them being Sajid Nadiadwala. Akshay Kumar has done 10 films with and now he is ready for his 11th film with Sajid Nadiadwala.
The exciting piece of news has come up that Sajid Nadiadwala is producing another big and is on the hunt for actors to bring on the upcoming movie. Akshay Kumar apparently is the finalised lead of the movie and joining him will be the young and dashing, brilliant new comer Ahan Shetty. Yes, that’s right both Akshay Kumar and Ahan Shetty are the leads for this new movie.
Ahan Shetty is also getting ready for his first ever movie which is titled “Tadap” and is starring opposite Tara Sutaria. Tadap too is produced Sajid Nadiadwala and was directed by Milan Luthria. The movie is eyeing a September release at the moment. Besides this, insiders have mentioned Ahan Shetty is also in talks to star in a few more films soon. The actor whose first movie hasn’t been released, seems like is already making his mark.
The combination of Ahan Shetty and Akshay Kumar will be an exciting one to see. Reason being once upon a time, both Akshay Kumar and Ahan’s father were the stars of various movies together and life seems to have come full circle with Akshay starring with his really good friend’s son Ahan in an upcoming movie. Interestingly, the first look of Ahan’s movie was introduced to the world by Akshay himself, so one can definitely see that the families share a great bond.
Nothing much at all has been disclosed about the movie yet. What will be the genre? Who will be the director? Who else is there in the movie? all of these apparently will be slowly revealed. The combination of AKshay and Ahan was something Nadiadwala has been eyeing for a long time and with this movie, it feels like his dreams are coming true.
Besides this, Akshay Kumar is awaiting the release of many of his movies, one that comes from Sajid Nadiadwala too, titled “Bachchan Pandey”. Along with these Nadiadwala too has a lot on his plate with movies like Ranveer Singh starrer ’83, Salman Khan’s “Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali” and an untitled Kartik Aaryan starrer love story among others.
