Al Pacino is back again and this time he will play the lead in ‘Billy Knight’ against ‘Stranger Things‘ actor Charlie Heaton and Diana Silvers. This movie will be the debut feature of writer and director Alec Griffin Roth.
The story will be about Alex and Emily, characters played by Charlie and Diana, who are graduate school students and want to be filmmakers in future. Alex gets a bundle of scripts left by his father and he gets a handkerchief with a mysterious name written on it: Billy Knight. He takes on the journey to find this person and story goes forward.
There are very few movies that the legendary actor has done in his second innings but his fans are not at all happy as they get to see him so less on the big screen nowadays. Al Pacino last acted in the 2019 gangster thriller ‘The Irishman’ directed by the living legend Martin Scorsese and his ‘The Godfather’ co-actor Robert De Niro was in it with him. His fans eagerly wait for his comeback and this is going to be probably one more feather to Pacino’s cap. Charlie Heaton is globally recognised with his role in ‘The Stranger Things’ and it will be great to see them together.
Billy Knight is described as ‘The Love Letter To Cinema’ by director Alec Griffin Roth. So there will be probably a lot references to the making of movies and it will be quite an interesting genre to discover for the veteran actor.
