Academy Best Picture is one of the most sought after awards in the field of cinema. No doubt people are in a hurry to watch the movie that is awarded this prestige. Over the period of time, people have questioned the unusual and seemingly biased stand of The Academy Awards but it still remains prestigious nonetheless.
Regardless, the movies that are contesting for the Oscars Best Picture Award in 2022 are out.
276 films are fighting for the 94th Academy Awards but there are only a few that are eligible for it.
The eligibility period for this year was only 10 months that is between March 1st and December 31st 2021.
Also, the movies have to submit a Confidential Academy Representation and Inclusion Standards entry as a requirement for eligibility.
The voting would commence from January 27 and will continue till 1st February.
The final nominations will be out on 8th February but below is the list of all the eligible films.
