Mythri Movie Makers, the production studio behind Allu Arjun’s keenly-awaited film “Pushpa”, dropped a surprise for the actor’s fans this noon, in the form of the release date of the film. “Pushpa: The Rise” will release in two parts, and the Pushpa Part 1 release date is set for Christmas 2021! Since Christmas Day, that is 25th December, is a Saturday, we can expect Pushpa Part 1 to release in theatres on 24th December.

Pushpa is a crime and action thriller, set in the backdrop of the world of illegal Sandalwood smuggling in the Seshachallam Hills of Andhra Pradesh. It is a pan-India film, which will release in five languages – Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. It has been written and directed by Sukumar. Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead opposite Allu Arjun.
