On the occasion of Allu Sirish’s birthday today makers of his upcoming project ‘Teddy’ have launched the first glimpse from the film. Helmed by Sam Anton, ‘Buddy’ will release soon in theatres.
In the first glimpse of ‘Buddy’ a masked man is seen tasking a bunch of other masked men to kill someone inside a train. When he reveals it’s a teddy bear everyone laughs but the man is hell bent on getting the teddy killed and is willing to pay a huge sum for it.
When the dungaree wearing happy teddy enters the train these men come in to attack and it’s then that Allu Sirish enters to save his ‘Buddy’ and fights off everyone single handedly. Also the video ends with teddy itself shooting with a machine gun reminding of the iconic KGF shot of Yash.
Written and directed by Sam Anton, ‘Buddy’ stars Allu Sirish, Ajmal Amir, Prisha Rajesh Singh, Mukesh Kumar and Mohammed Ali among others. With music from Hiphop Tamizha, the film has cinematography by Krishnan Vasant and editing from Ruben.
Produced by K. E. Gnanavel Raja and Aadhana Gnanavel Raja under their Studio Green Films banner ‘Buddy’ will release soon in theatres. Post theatrical streaming rights for’Buddy’ are with Netflix.
