One of the most popular Indian web series Mirzapur on Amazon Prime Video has had two successful seasons and the third might be on the way soon! Amazon has dropped hints about the same with its latest video post featuring Pankaj Tripathi on social media.
Pankaj Tripathi who plays the role of crime lord Kaleen Bhaiya in the series can be seen talking to his trusted aide Maqbool on the phone and asking him to get sweets and crackers on his way home but the video ends abruptly, to be continued later.
Amazon Prime Video wrote on Twitter, “wonder why kaleen bhaiya is looking for mithai and crackers already 🤔

When asked by a viewer in the comments if the trailer for the new third season of Mirzapur is in the offing, Amazon replied that there’s no such announcement and to stay tuned to Amazon Prime Video as they add more content.
Is the trailer coming??
I'm anxious about it.

To everyone’s excitement this could be related to the announcement of the much anticipated third season of hit crime drama series Mirzapur, but it could be also be something else like an overall festive offering or more given the hashtag #DiwaliWithFam used in the post.
Tilting to the optimistic side we hope it’s what it seems to be, that is an update about the new season of Mirzapur. Season 2 ended on a cliff hanger with lot of open ends. Munna (Divyenndu Sharma) got killed and Kaleen bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) escaped death with the help of Sharad Shukla (Anjum Sharma), the son of his dead arch rival. On the other hand it will be interesting to see how Guddu Bhaiya (Ali Fazal) and Golu’s (Shweta Tripathi) pact with Kaleen’s wife Beena Tripathi (Rasika Duggar) turns out and how Kaleen bhaiya makes a comeback after losing his father and son and his wife turning a traitor. Meanwhile, Madhuri (Isha Talwar) who had just lost his father and was starting to settle in the role of chief minister will now have to grapple with the loss of his husband Munna with whom she had finally started to connect.
Whatever it is will become more clear tomorrow as Amazon Prime Video reveals more information, until then stay tuned to binged.com for latest updates.
