John Cena after a majestic journey in wrestling is trying his hand at acting. He has already acted in mega-successful DC’s Peacemaker series and even in Suicide Squad.
After these two HBO/DC projects, the actor will be next seen in an Amazon project called Officer Exchange. Good for the Indian fans the film will be set in India.
It will be an action-comedy where John Cena will play a cop who teams up with an Indian Police officer to defuse a diamond smuggling racket in India.
The producer of Peacemaker is also serving as the producer in this film.
Thankfully this film will be streaming without any jerk in India as Prime Video is our rescue. Earlier Chris Hemsworth starrer Extraction was also marketed as an action film based in the Indian subcontinent.
Good for it, it still is a part of the top 10 most-watched films on Netflix. We just hope that this new Amazon film comes out to be good on humour and story, unlike Extraction which offered nothing apart from what we saw in the trailer.
Regardless, Officer Exchange is at a very early stage and there is practically nothing solid apart from what we have already discussed.
