With three seasons already in fans are asking for even more and especially what went down at the end of Season 3, fans definitely deserve more. Now, keeping the demands and story of “Goliath”, Amazon Prime Video has an announcement ready and that is all about the release of Goliath Season 4.
Well, it was already known to fans that the series had been renewed, but they were waiting desperately to know when it would finally drop. Looks like we finally have the answer. Goliath Season 4 will be the final season for the epic courtroom drama and will release on September 24, 2021. The series will finally have the final season after almost 2 years, as Season 3 was last released in 2019. The series will be released exclusively on Prime Video and in more than 240 countries and territories around the world. Now, that is absolutely something, this is happy news. Fans from different regions don’t have to wait any more extra months to see the final season.
Now, as for the story, fans and viewers did see what went down in the Season 3 finale. It looked like Billy McBride was dead, but it looks like he isn’t and you can clearly see that in the first few minutes of the trailer itself. This is where he acknowledges that he was dead but then he wasn’t. Following what went down in the last season, Billy comes back to his original place as Patty takes up a massive job in a big San Francisco law firm. Now, with Billy up and thriving he is all set to go against one of the biggest “goliaths” of the series which will be the opioid industry. He is up against taking down one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies and this might turn into history’s biggest pharmaceutical lawsuit.
With a messed up past for both Billy and Patty, they still try to move ahead, as they have planned to take down the rich and evil, who with their money and riches have now even bought the law, besides everything else. As Academy Award winner, Billy Bob Thornton returns to lead as Billy McBride, we will see JK Simmons as the pharmaceutical head and the main villain for the series. Billy McBride knows this is the end and he for sure will make it count as he is now out there ready to hunt them all in the fierce battle of the series.
With a super interesting Season 4 waiting for the fans, the show will be starring Nina Arianda, Tania Raymonde, Diana Hopper, Julie Brister, Brandon Scott, and Jena Malone, along with JK Simmons and Billy Bob Thornton opposite each other this season.
