The story deals with people who fear to face the truth, people are constantly in a dilemma and are trying to make some sense of their relationships. ‘Ami Ashbo Firey’ tells the story of four different families. Darshana, a young girl in college gets raped by Sanju. Sanju’s father struggles to accept that his upbringing is the cause of this crime. Sanju’s mother, who is divorced and is living with another partner, has to take care of her ailing mother along with many difficulties. Gargi, a lawyer who takes up the case of Darshana, has a daughter who does not listen to her. All these people have their lives intertwined together with this rape case and try to find their redemption in music.
