‘Definitely Maybe’ tells the story of Will Hayes, a political consultant who is going to be divorced from his wife. His ten year old daughter Maya had just had her first sex education class and got curious about how Will and her mother met. When she asks his father about it, he tells him the story of his life and all the women in it, with the names changed. He then asks Maya to guess which one of the girls her mother was. While Maya understands through the story that the affairs of love are not so simple after all, Will learns that it is actually never too late for a happy ending.
It is one of the movies that leave you with a feel-good vibe in the end. The movie is well executed in all the departments. The cinematography is handled by Florian Ballhaus and the music is given by Clint Mansell. Ryan Reynolds is hilarious as always.
