Aha Video has dropped the teaser for Anand Deverakonda’s upcoming direct to digital crime thriller film ‘Highway’ and its a gripping tale of a joyful ride turning into a horrifying one. Helmed by KV Guhan, ‘Highway’ will premiere only on Aha Video on 19th August, 2022.
The teaser shows Anand Deverakonda on a journey in the beautiful green hills where he meets a sweet girl he begins to like. They start travelling and exploring places together. But soon this journey turns into a disaster when the girl gets kidnapped by a serial killer.
This new serial killer has already done five murders and police investigation has not found any motive behind them. As this murderer who is a psychopath leaves no traces the case further gets complicated for the police to solve. Will Anand and the police be able to rescue his newfound love or will she be the killer’s latest victim?
Claimed to be a nerve-wrenching psycho-thriller ‘Highway’ is an Aha Original film directed by KV Guhan (‘118’). The film stars Anand Deverakonda, Manasa Radhakrishna, Abhishek Banerjee, Saiyami Kher, John Vijay, Reshma Pasupuleti and Sathya among others. The film will release only on Aha Video on 31st August, 2022.
‘Highway’ is Anand Deverakonda’s second direct to digital release. Earlier ‘Middle Class Melodies’ had taken the digital route and premiered on Amazon Prime Video India.
