Ananya Panday starrer new Hindi-language drama series ‘Call Me Bae’ is all set to launch on Amazon Prime Video on 6th September, 2024. Created by Ishita Moitra, ‘Call Me Bae’ is a riches to rags story produced by Dharmatic Entertainment.
‘Call Me Bae’ tells the story of Bella ‘Bae’ Chowdhary, a young woman who is downsized from heiress to hustler after a scandal. She learns that her most valuable assets are not her diamonds, but her street smarts and style. Broke but refusing to be broken, she navigates the newsrooms of Mumbai, finding beaus, sisterhood and her better self.
An eight part series, ‘Call Me Bae’ is written by Ishita Moitra, Samina Motlekar and Rohit Nair and is directed by Collin D’Cunha. Apart from Ananya Panday (‘Student Of The Year 2’, ‘Gehraiyaan’, ‘Dream Girl 2’), ‘Call Me Bae’ aslo stars Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur.
‘Call Me Bae’ is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment and will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on 6th September, 2024.
