Andrew Garfield is now in final talks to star in an upcoming movie titled ‘After The Hunt’. The movie is a thriller and comes from popular filmmaker Luca Guadagnino. The screenplay is written by Nora Garrett. Julia Roberts is said to be starring as the female lead in the movie.
‘After The Hunt’ will be produced jointly by Amazon MGM Studios and Imagine Entertainment. When the movie was in the writing phase it made much noise with many a-lister directors and actors opting for the movie. Julia Roberts and Luca Guadagnino were roped in for the movie in the initial staged, but there was still some confusion about the casting of the male lead, and finally it seems, the role will go to the Oscar nominated and Grammy winning actor Andrew Garfield.
The movie will be telling the story of a college professor whose life turns upside down when one of her most studious students brings out a very heavy and serious accusation upon her colleague and that also digs up a secret that she badly tries to hide from everyone.
Andre Garfield will next be seen opposite Florence Pugh in the A24 drama ‘We Live In Time’ which might even be a crime thriller as well. Garfield is known for his roles in films like ‘Tick…Tick…Boom’, ‘Hacksaw Ridge’ and most importantly ‘The Amazing Spiderman’ franchise. Fans are excited to see him work with an acclaimed director like Guadagnino and they wait for further updates eagerly.
