A new teaser for Netflix’s upcoming anthology film ‘Ankahi Kahaniya’ is here and it represents wonderfully the three simple yet unique stories. Helmed by some of the most talented filmmakers in the industry, ‘Ankahi Kahaniya’ will have a worldwide premiere only on Netflix on 17th September, 2021.
What begins with the rhythmic beats out of the daily activities that kick start the day like brooming, mopping, making breakfast, setting up the shop to how it ends after the day’s work, the teaser transitions into a slower pace just as one needs to slow down in one’s busy life and relax once in a while.
What follows is a glimpse from each story about how life is about all those moments, however small they maybe, that feel like bringing love, peace and happiness all amidst the daily hustle and bustle of life. Just like walking down the beach with your loved ones and witnessing the sun go down, catching a movie with someone you have feelings for or even finding love in the most bizarre of things.
Three acclaimed directors – Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Abhishek Chaubey and Saket Chaudhary, have helmed these three unique love stories that comprise ‘Ankahi Kahaniya’. The anthology boasts an ensemble cast comprising Abhishek Banerjee, Rinku Mahadeo, Rajguru, Dellzad Hiwale, Kunal Kapoor, Zoya Hussain, Nikhil Dwivedi & Palomi.
‘Ankahi Kahaniya’ is produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Ashi Dua Sara and the production company behind the anthology film is RSVP Movies.
