Anuja Boma Joshi comes from a performing arts family with her father being a child artist while her aunt is the national Award-Winning Pallavi Joshi.
Anuja Boma Joshi will be essaying the role of Dr. Leela Devi who is the new intern. The Resident is a modern-day medical drama that deals with the various obstacles and issues that have to be faced by practitioners. The Resident also aims to shed light on the various loopholes and hiccups that are present in the health care system.
The Residents has received great praise from the audiences and Anuja Boma Joshi will be more than thrilled to have landed a role in such a series. Anuja Boma Joshi is based in New York and during her college days interned for shows like ‘Saturday Night Live’ and ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers’. She has also worked on the marketing team for shows like ‘Suits’ and ‘Mr. Robot’ but kept on auditioning for roles despite working in production. Apart from being an actress Anuja Boma Joshi is also a trained singer and dancer.
