Voot Select has dropped the trailer for Ekta R Kapoor’s ‘Apharan 2’ and Arunoday Singh is back with a bang in his fun-filled action role. Helmed by Santosh Singh, ‘Apharan 2 – Sabka Katega Dobara’ will be available exclusively on Voot Select from 18th March, 2022 in Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.
‘Apharan 2’ trailer begins with Rudra Srivastava, a soft hearted yet hot headed cop from a small city, talking about his personal and professional struggles and how he is stuck in the middle of it all. It’s right about then that he gets tasked with a new mission.
Now this one’s risky to another level and involves kidnapping a dangerous criminal named Bikram Bahadur Shah aka BBS. For this Rudra needs to go to Belgrade with an undercover team to help him. Rudra’s luck has not always been in his favour and with the undercover team he gets he cannot help but think how screwed up this mission is going to be.
Rudra still heads on for this doomed mission to a foreign land where he doesn’t know the language and does not even have a well though out plan. But the real twist comes towards the end of the trailer where it gets revealed that there is no assigned mission to kidnap BBS! Will Rudra come out of this trap alive? Will he find out who was behind it all and why?
‘Apharan 2’ is packed with a whole lot of action, mystery, thrill, fun and comedy and Arunoday Singh undoubtedly takes the centre stage in all of it. Joining him in the cast are Nidhi Singh, Saanand Verma, Snehil Mehra, Sukhamni Sadana, Ujjwal Chopra and more.
Santosh Singh has directed ‘Apharan’ season 2 that is presented by Jio Studios with Ding Infinity’s Tanveer Bookwala serving as the producer. ‘Apharan 2 – Sabka Katega Dobara’ will premiere only on Voot Select on 18th March, 2022 in Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.
