Apple TV+ has released the teaser of the third and final season of Jason Momoa starrer epic, post-apocalyptic global hit series ‘See’. An eight episode third season of ‘See’ will premiere with first episode only on Apple TV+ on 26th August, 2022, followed by one episode weekly every Friday.
In this new season of ‘See’ set in a world where nobody can see, the children are once again being born with vision and this has ignited a new round of war in Paya to gain control. But who is gonna win this war? Will Baba Voss be able to protect his tribe from the threat that looms large?
After Baba Voss (Jason Momoa) defeated his nemesis brother Edo and retreated into the forest, an explosive new threat emerges that no one is safe from. Will the greatest warrior of his time have what it takes to protect those that mean the most to him?
Apple TV+’s ‘See’ is set in a brutal and primitive future, hundreds of years after humankind has lost the ability to see. In season three, almost a year has passed since Baba Voss defeated his nemesis brother Edo and bid farewell to his family to live remotely in the forest. But when a Trivantian scientist develops a new and devastating form of sighted weaponry that threatens the future of humanity, Baba returns to Paya in order to protect his tribe once more.
‘See’ on Apple TV+ is unique in the sense that the series features cast and crew who are blind or have low vision and has been honored for its representation of the visually impaired, winning the Ruderman Family Foundation Seal of Authentic Representation in 2020.
Alongside Momoa, ‘See’ season three stars Sylvia Hoeks, Hera Hilmar, Christian Camargo, Archie Madekwe, Nesta Cooper, Tom Mison, Olivia Cheng, Eden Epstein, Michael Raymond- James, and David Hewlett.
‘See’ is showrun by Jonathan Tropper who also serves as executive producer for the show in addition to Steven Knight, Francis Lawrence, Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, Jim Rowe,
Jennifer Yale and Anders Engström. Chernin Entertainment and Endeavor Content have jointly produced ‘See’ for Apple TV+.
