Apple TV+ has ordered a new second season of the short-form sports docuseries ‘Greatness Code’. A six part series that unveils what drives the world’s greatest athletes to succeed, ‘Greatness Code’ will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on 13th May, 2022.
As per Apple TV+ ‘Greatness Code’ will have iconic athletes pull back the curtain on a pivotal career moment when they touched greatness. A stylized hybrid of live action and visual effects, this short-form docuseries sheds new light on the sports legends.
The famous athletes o be part of season two of ‘Greatness Code’ on Apple TV+ are: English professional footballer and children’s campaigner, Marcus Rashford; Super Bowl champion NFL quarterback who has played in nine Pro Bowls, Russell Wilson; six-time X Games gold medalist and professional street skateboarder, Leticia Bufoni; Parapan American track and field champion, Scout Bassett; first African-American driver to win a race in NASCAR’s premier series since 1963, Bubba Wallace; and four-time World Cup champion alpine ski racer, Olympic gold medal winner, author and entrepreneur, Lindsey Vonn.
Religion of Sports and UNINTERRUPTED have produced ‘Greatness Code’ for Apple TV+. The series will be directed by Religion of Sports co-founder Gotham Chopra who executive produces alongside Religion of Sports’ Ameeth Sankaran and Giselle Parets, and UNINTERRUPTED’s Maverick Carter, Jamal Henderson and Philip Byron, and co-executive producer Matt Rissmiller.
All episodes of ‘Greatness Code’ season two will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on 13th May 2022.
