Judging by this explosive and action-packed new trailer, Arcane is going out with a bang, delivering a finale that’s as wild as it is unforgettable.
We see Piltover strengthening its defenses and witnessing the implementation of martial law to prepare itself for the upcoming war against Zaun, the city’s forgotten and oppressed underbelly. On the other hand, Zaun finds a symbol of hope in its new leader, Jinx, after Silco’s departure. With Sevika beside her, Jinx looks to wreak havoc on Piltover. Ashnikko’s ‘Paint The Town Blue’ sets the high-octane tone for the trailer, setting the stage for a thrilling conclusion.
Season 1 turned out to be critics’ darling after its release on Netflix, earning unanimous acclaim for its story, voice performances (particularly Hailee Steinfeld, Ella Purnell, and Jason Spisak), action, emotional weight, soundtracks, musical score, and characters. One of the show’s greatest strengths was its ability to resonate with a wide audience, including those who had never touched the League of Legends video game franchise. In addition, it created history by becoming the first streaming series to bag an Emmy for Outstanding Animated Program in 2022. The trio of Marc Merrill, Brandon Beck, and Christian Linke serve as executive producers for the series.
