After more than two months of its theatrical release Malayalam romantic comedy drama ‘Journey of Love 18+’ is all set to have its world digital premiere on SonyLIV later this month.
‘Journey of Love 18+’ is directed by Arun D. Jose who has co-written the film with Raveesh Nath, based on the story by Rajesh Varikkoli. The coming-of-age drama follows two teenagers in love, Akhil and Athira, who decide to elope and get married.
They begin preparing for the wedding with no idea as to how to execute it all and also have little to no budget for the same. They are also unaware of the implications their love has in the lives of their families and the society around them.
‘Journey of Love 18+’ stars Naslen K. Gafoor, Mathew Thomas, Meenakshi, Nikhila Vimal, Binu Pappu and Saaf Bros among others. This is Arun D. Jose’s second directorial after ‘Jo and Jo’ and reunites him with lead cast Naslen, Mathew and Nikhila. ‘Journey of Love 18+’ opened to mixed response upon its theatrical release and is now set for its OTT debut.
