Ayushmann Khurrana’a upcoming film ‘Anek’ which was earlier scheduled to release on 13th May, 2022, has now got a new release date. Helmed by Anubhav Sinha (‘Mulk’, ‘Article 15’, ‘Thappad’), ‘Anek’ will release in cinemas on 27th May, 2022.
The updated release date for ‘Anek’ was announced with a new poster for the film. in this dusty themed poster Ayushmann Khurrana can be seen in a battle mode wearing a bulletproof vest with a gun in his hands while two dead bodies can be seen lying around.
Launching the poster and release date on social media team ‘Anek’ wrote,

‘Anek’ is touted as a socio-political action thriller film set in the northeastern India and stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Amir Hossain Ashok in prominent roles.
Acclaimed filmmaker Anubhav Sinha serves as the writer and director for ‘Anek’ which he has also produced through his Benaras Media Works alongside Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar for T-Series. Dhrub Dubey, Sagar Shirgaonkar and Shiv Chanana are the co-producers for the film. ‘Anek’ will release in theatres on 27th May, 2022.
