Barzakh is a highly popular BLon-going Pakistani show that is getting hugely positive responses from the audience. The visuals are jaw-dropping, the characters are deep and the story is just too moving and emotional.
Normal scenes have been shown with so much beauty that you can’t help but fall in love with the filmmaking style of Asim Abbasi. So, if it is that good then why are people trolling the second episode of Barzakh?
Simply because the show has a homosexual character, Pakistan’s audience is extremely hostile towards homosexuality even though the evil of Bachcha Baazi persists.
Due to several religious and cultural reasons, the people can’t accept the fact that Aaqa’s elder son is shown having homosexual fantasies, although all he is shown doing is simply voyeurism.
The people are furious and all they are seeing is one small fraction of the entire episode. It is sort of surprising because their very own Fawad Khan who is also in the series played a homosexual man in Kapoor & Sons.
Regardless, it is irrelevant. The second episode too is equally beautiful if not more. If you are someone who can’t be bothered by tiny glimpses of homosexuality then you are gonna absolutely love the second episode of Barzakh which is streaming free on YouTube.
