Black comedies are rare and tough. While the great examples remain relevant for a long long time, it is tough for makers to create a film or show that is liked by the audience in this genre. But it seems Netflix has cracked the code.
They have indeed come up with a black comedy series that is getting widespread appreciation all over the globe. So much so that it is rated a rare and perfect 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.
We are talking about the American show Beef. It is also available to watch in Hindi but comedy is the thing that is most effective in the original language itself. So for those who are comfortable, English is the original language.
Anyways, Beef tells the story of two strangers who are somehow passing their lives. But at one unfortunate event, they get involved in a road rage. The rest of the show, they get consummated by the feeling of taking revenge over something which simply needed to be avoided.
Beef stars Ali Wong, Steven Yeun, Young Mazino, David Choe, and Joseph Lee. It has 10 episodes in total and deserves your attention.
