The much-anticipated theatrical trailer of Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati‘s Bheemla Nayak is finally here. The trailer gives a peek into the world of Bheemla Nayak and Daniel Shekar played by Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati respectively. Pawan and Rana are quite evidently playing power-packed roles in the Saagar K Chandra directorial. But the poor and substandard mixing plays spoilsport in the trailer.
The trailer starts off with Rana’s character introduction and he nails the arrogant lad look. Then comes the main man – Bheemla Nayak aka Pawan Kalyan. Pawan plays a sincere cop in the film and we get a glimpse of the dynamism that is associated with his character in the film. The confrontational scenes between Pawan and Rana are highlighted in the trailer and it can be understood that they will form the crux of the film.
But the real problem is with the sound mixing for the trailer. The audio delivery on any device isn’t distinctive enough. We don’t feel that the dialogue is being mouthed by the particular character, which is a tad offputting. This could be one of the last minute technical glitches but the makers should have been more cautious about the same.
The “Tholu theestha naa kodaka” (I will skin you alive) dialogue mouthed by Pawan Kalyan is pure fan-pleasing stuff and it serves the purpose. “Nenu ivathala unte chattam, avatala unte kashtam… vaadiki” dialogue has Trivikram mark stamped all over it.
Thaman’s background score is okayish. Given the kind of form that he is in, we cane expect more from him where it matters the most – in the film. The director Saagar K Chandra appears to have made cosmetic changes to the narrative and that is understandable, considering the sensibilities of the Telugu audience. All in all, the trailer is decent, despite the technical glitch. It is known that Bheemla Nayak is arriving in theatres on the 25th of February.
