Niddhi Agerwal is making his Tamil debut with Jayam Ravi’s Bhoomi. The movie skips its theatrical release and is premiering on Disney + Hotstar from January 14th as Sankranthi Special. It will be disappointing for any heroine to have her maiden film skip its theatrical release but then, the actress has a little relief.
His second film, Eeswaran in which she is starring opposite Simbu will be releasing in theaters. Incidentally, the movie is releasing on the same day as Jayam Ravi. So, it will be a double whammy for the actress for this Sankranthi. Eswaran has got a shot in the arm with Tamil Nadu Government allowing 100% occupancy in theaters. Niddhi is extensively promoting both the films in Tamil media to impress the audience.
The actress was last seen in the Telugu movie, iSmart Shankar last year. The actress does not have further offers in Tollywood right now. She will look forward to bag hits with both these films and cement her place in Kollywood. Bhoomi is the story of a man’s mission to improve the life of farmers in his hometown before embarking on a mission in outer space. Directed by Lakshman, the movie also stars Bollywood actor Ronit Roy.
