Paper Rocket (Streaming on Zee5)
Helmed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi, the light-hearted and feel good eight-part comedy drama series revolves around a group of six strangers who undertake an adventurous road trip covering the state of Tamil Nadu. Each one of them wants to overcome his/her own challenges and fulfil their wishes during the eye-opening and meaningful journey.
Ghar Waapsi (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar)
The show’s plot revolves around a man named Shekhar (played by Vishal Vashishtha), who comes back to his hometown Indore after two years, after getting fired from his lucrative job in Bengaluru. Things go well in the beginning but how long can Shekhar keep the terrible news a secret from his own family.
Home Shanti (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar)
The series revolves around a middle-class family comprising a newspaper columnist husband (Manoj Pahwa) and his retired school vice-principal wife (Supriya Pathak). The family aspires to fulfil the long-standing desire of building a dream home. However, the task does not turn out to be as easy as expected as they must face many hindrances along the way.
Anantham (Streaming on Zee5)
The eight-part romance drama show narrates the story of a house named Anantham and the interesting tales of many families which had occupied the house since the year 1964. The story is told from the perspective of the house owner’s son Ananth, who comes back to the house and learns about these stories set in different timelines. The series features veteran actor Prakash Raj.
Pettaikaali (Streaming on Aha Video)
Written & Directed by La Rajkumar, the web series will narrate a story based on the daredevil bull taming sport of Jallikattu and features Kalaiyarasan in the lead role.
