Regarding the OTT release date of ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ on the Disney+ streaming platform, it was earlier reported that the widely acclaimed sequel was to start streaming from 20th January 2023 on the digital platform. The information was published by the Disney Plus support team. However, as per the latest info through the film’s homepage, the actual streaming date for ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ is 1st February 2023 on the Disney+ OTT platform.
So, the earlier release date of 20th January was apparently incorrectly published by the Disney+ support team. Now, the ‘Black Panther’ sequel will be released on OTT after a significant gap of 82 days since its theatrical release on 11th November 2022. In India, the film will be available on the Disney+ Hotstar OTT platform in the same period.
The Marvel superhero movie ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ directed by Ryan Coogler focuses on how Queen Ramonda, Shuri, M’Baku, Okoye and the Dora Milaje fight against world powers to protect their nation following the death of King T’Challa.

The film currently holds an impressive 84% critics’ score on reviews aggregation website Rotten Tomatoes. The audience score is much higher at 94% on the same website. Recently, the film also received two nominations at the coveted Golden Globe Awards.
