The Chocolate Boy is coming soon on OTT. When the trailer of Wonka dropped, then Binged said that Wonka was invading the realm of Disney. Those bright colours, soothing music and everything will remind you of the same. The formula worked and Wonka went on to earn more than $500 Million at the global box office.
Regardless, “Wonka” is coming out on March 8th, and it will be available to watch on Max. Directed by Paul King, it’s a special film that tells the story of Willy Wonka, the famous chocolate maker, before he became well-known.
In this movie, we get to see how Willy Wonka started out in the chocolate business. It’s based on the book “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” by Roald Dahl, which many people love.
Timothée Chalamet plays the main character, Willy Wonka, and there are many other talented actors in the movie too, like Calah Lane, Keegan-Michael Key, and Paterson Joseph.
This isn’t the first time Willy Wonka’s story has been told on screen. There were two other movies before this one: “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory” in 1971 and “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” in 2005.
People are excited about “Wonka” because it’s a chance to see a new version of a classic story. They’re curious to find out more about Willy Wonka’s early days and the box office collection just adds to the excitement.
But these things are true for Max. What about India? As you know, Warner Bros content streams in India on JioCinema, so Wonka won’t be an exception. But, JioCinema is very consistent in bringing international content late. We are pretty sure that they would be delaying Wonka too.
Stay tuned to Binged for updates about the same.
