Blood for Dust, a forthcoming murder thriller starring stars of Game of Thrones and True Detective, has debuted its first trailer.
Stars from True Detective and Game of Thrones come together in the latest Blood for Dust teaser. Blood for Dust, a forthcoming criminal thriller helmed by Rod Blackhurst, centers on a traveling salesman who finds himself on a perilous path after reuniting with a former acquaintance. In addition to Josh Lucas, Ethan Suplee, and Scoot McNairy, the film stars Stephen Dorff, who made an appearance in True Detective season 3, and Kit Harington, who is best known for his role as Jon Snow in Game of Thrones.
In the Trailer with his handlebar mustache and loose canon name Ricky, Harington appears to be playing a very different kind of role in the teaser. The movie will have a serious tone and a good amount of violence, as the trailer suggests.
Even though the movie is getting good reviews Blood for Dust appears to have less impact. As of now, the film is 84% fresh on rotten tomatoes, and as per the trailer we can very much make out Harington will be playing a part that is very different from anything he’s ever done. Mostly Blood and Dust would be an intriguing comeback for Harington after True Detective.
