Shahrukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment took to social media to announce the completion of shoot of its upcoming film ‘Love Hostel’. The film stars Bobby Deol, Vikrant Massey and Sanya Malhotra in the lead.
Red Chillies Entertainment is collaborating with Drishyam Films for this latest crime-thriller film. ‘Love Hostel’ is their second project together following the critically acclaimed Sanjay Mishra starrer ‘Kamyaab’.
Making the announcement of the shoot wrap, the production house shared a photo of the lead stars and director of the film, all with a content smile on their faces.

National Award winner Shanker Raman has written and directed the crime-thriller film that is set against the pulsating backdrop of rustic North India. ‘Love Hostel’ traces the volatile journey of a spirited young couple being hunted by a ruthless mercenary. The star crossed lovers take on the entire world and then some more in search of their fairy tale ending. This is a survival tale in the game of power, money and principles, with mayhem and bloodshed.
Gauri Khan, Manish Mundra and Gaurav Verma have produced ‘Love Hostel’. The film was announced in October last year and now that the film has finished shooting it will release soon. Though the makers are yet to announce a release date.
Vikrant Massey has been on a roll in recent times with a number of projects coming to screen back to back. His previous credits include Amazon Prime series ‘Mirzapur’, ‘Chappak’, ‘A Death In The Gunj’, Criminal Justice’, and many more. His latest works include ‘Haseen Dilruba’ on Netflix and ‘14 Phere’ on Zee5.
Among his upcoming project there is Santosh Sivan’s action-thriller film ‘Mumbaikar’ starring Vijay Sethupati, Tanya Maniktala, Sanjay Mishra and Ranvir Shorey among others. It is the remake of Lokesh Kanagraj’s hit Tamil film ‘Maanagaram’. He will also be seen in a slice-of-life film ‘Yaar Jigri’ alongside Sunny Singh (‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’).
On the other hand, Bobby Deol and Sanya Malhotra too have had their fare share of projects recently. Deol ventured into the web space with Prakash Jha’s web series ‘Aashram’ on MX Player and Netflix film ‘Class of ‘83’. His projects in pipeline include Netflix film ‘Penthouse’, ‘Apne 2’ and ‘Animal’.
Coming to ‘Dangal’ fame Sanya Malhotra, she was last seen in Netflix films ‘Ludo’ and ‘Pagglait’ and also in Amazon Prime’s ‘Shakuntala Devi’ where she starred alongside Vidya Balan. Her upcoming venture includes another Netflix film titled ‘Meenakshi Sundereshwar’.
