It is “Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power”. This series developed by Prime Video is almost three times more expensive than House of the Dragon and you would feel it immediately once you start watching.
The sets, the animation, the costumes etc are just top notch.
The second season was taken lightly but the first season was promoted violently by the makers back in 2022 even in India. The brand ambassador of the series was a top Bollywood superstar who also happens to be one of the most expensive actors in the industry.
We are talking about Hrithik Roshan.
The man needs no introduction as he is a giant in the industry with a huge fan following.
JD Payne is the man behind “Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” and he has said something really interesting. He stated that Hrithik Roshan is a phenomenal actor and doors are open if any interesting role comes up for him in the series.
Now Hrithik fans can rejoice but the chances of him making an entry in the series is unlikely. He is such a huge star that he would never accept a token small role as it can hamper his image in India. He would require a big and impactful role which can be a little difficult to accommodate for JD Payne.
But if things go well and Hrithik Roshan is indeed seen in “The Rings of Power” then it will be a great thing
