The highly anticipated trailer of Dhanush’s upcoming action drama, Captain Miller, is out now. The latest clip is nearly 3 minutes long and promises a cinematic experience brimmed with explosions, guns, action, brutality, and violence. Dhanush looks absolutely badass in the latest trailer.
Previously titled D47 (Dhanush’s 47th lead role), the film’s title was later changed to Captain Miller. Based on the story developed by Arun Matheswaran, the movie stars Dhanush as Analeesan “Easa”, aka Captain Miller. Apart from him, the trailer shows other talents such as Shiva Rajkumar, Sundeep Kishan, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Nivedhithaa Sathish, Vinoth Kishan, and more.
In addition to his screenwriting duties, Arun Matheswaran also helmed the project.
The trailer commences with introducing all the secondary characters, and then it properly introduces the leading man, Dhanush. We should expect plenty of action and savagery from the actor in the upcoming film.
Led by Dhanush, Captain Miller is produced by the duo of Arjun Thyagarajan and Sendhil Thyagarajan, who represent the prominent Tamil production house, Sathya Jyothi Films. It will come out in theatres on January 12, 2024, during the week of Pongal. Siddhartha Nuni supervised the film’s cinematography. On the other hand, the editing and music departments were handled by Nagooran Ramachandran and G. V. Prakash Kumar, respectively, for the film. Stay tuned for more updates.
