Disney+ Hotstar has dropped the official trailer of Criminal Justice: Adhura Sach. One of the true acting powerhouses in Bollywood, Pankaj Tripathi, will return to play the vibrant and unpredictable lawyer, Madhav Mishra. He is all set to tackle his toughest case yet.
The opening moments of the trailer show Avantika Ahuja, mother of Zara and Mukul Ahuja, asking for Madhav Mishra’s help to find her daughter’s real killer. Zara was a prominent child artist. Her brother, Mukul, gets arrested for her murder based on all evidence. However, Avantika strongly believes that her son is innocent. That’s why she hires Madhav Mishra to save Mukul.
The more Madhav tries to unravel the mystery behind the case, the more complicated it becomes. Did Mukul murder Zara? Or is there someone else who is trying to frame him?
Criminal Justice is one of the most popular Hotstar Specials. Season 1 received critical acclaim, thanks to the sensational work from Pankaj Tripathi, Vikrant Massey, and Jackie Shroff. Behind Closed Doors was not as compelling as the first season. Still, it was considered a worthy successor.
Season 3’s teaser came out about a week ago. However, it did not reveal the release date of the forthcoming instalment. Well, you do not have to worry about that anymore! The trailer has disclosed that the third season will premiere on August 26. The show is a joint production of Applause Entertainment and BBC Studios India.
