Film enthusiasts have long been disappointed with the fact that cult gangster drama ‘Satya‘ isn’t available to stream on any OTT platform. In today’s age of popular films being available to watch at the click of a few buttons on OTT, it is an anomaly that is quite surprising.
Whenever any discussion of best Indian gangster films comes up on social media, ‘Satya’ is mentioned in a venerated tone by every movie lover. But ask about its streaming details, and one is shocked to know that Satya is not streaming on any OTT platform in India.
All that is a thing of the past, however. Satya is finally streaming on an OTT platform, for the pleasure and enjoyment of movie buffs. Yes, Satya is now available to stream on fast-rising homegrown OTT platform, SonyLIV. Kudos to the platform for bringing the blockbuster cult film Satya to streaming.
None other than Satya’s lead star Manoj Bajpayee shared the news on Twitter yesterday. Manoj Bajpayee plays the memorable character of Bhiku Mhatre in Satya. And believe us when we tell you that he’s terrific in it.
