Darshan’s ‘Roberrt‘ On Amazon Prime Video: Full-On Mass Action Entertainer!
And it’s official! Kannada film ‘Roberrt’ is coming to Amazon Prime Video as the streaming giant released the trailer and premiere date. After having a successful run at the box office, ‘Roberrt’ will now start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 25th April, 2021.
The trailer released by Amazon for Darshan starrer ‘Roberrt’ is packed with all that’s needed for a full on mass action entertainer. Powerful dialogues delivered in a deep impactful manner, coupled with blue and yellow toned visuals of fierce action sequences make ‘Roberrt’ pretty intriguing.
The trailer does not give out much about the story other than the he fact that there us a protagonist, an antagonist and a lot of drama and action. As per the official synopsis, ‘Roberrt’ follows Raghava who lives in Lucknow with his son Arjun and is the head cook in a Brahmin’s catering unit. He leads a peaceful existence, wanting the best for his son. All seems to go well, until some skeletons come tumbling out of his closet and he is forced to take on his original avatar.
Written and Directed by Tarun Sudhir, ‘Roberrt’ stars Darshan, Jagapathi Babu, Ravi Kishan, debutante Asha Bhat, Devaraj and P. Ravi Shankar in lead roles. The film is produced by Umapathy Srinivasa Gowda under the banner of Umapathy Films.
Before coming to Amazon Prime Video, ‘Roberrt’ had released in theatres in Kannada and Telugu on 11th March and was quite a hit at the box office. The mass action entertainer will now be available for audiences across the world on Amazon Prime Video from 25th April onwards.
