Nothing is more important than good movies/shows for it to become a hit, at least on OTT. Unfortunately, Netflix India is too obstinate to understand this simple fact and they always invest in woke shows/Films which ultimately hampers not only their views but the image as a whole.
Thankfully, Delhi Crime Season 2 does not fall in the same category and is indeed a good show on Netflix after a long long time. It won appreciation from the audience and also critics.
But most importantly, it is also gaining good views. Binged reported how a terrible show like Indian Matchmaking garnered terrible views but vice versa is no less true.
As you can see in the list, Delhi Crime Season 2 was the most watched series in India last week. Within just 2.5 days, for which the data is available, it overpowered any other show.
However, an even better thing happened with Delhi Crime Season 1. As positive response has poured in for the series, people are watching Delhi Crime Season 1 as well. It was the third most watched series in India and those who have watched the first season recently may watch the second season too.
So, it is not over and the viewing stats of the crime series will continue to hike up at least in the upcoming few weeks .
