MX Player has released the trailer for its upcoming original web series ‘Dharavi Bank’ and its one action packed cop vs gang lord drama. Helmed by Samit Kakkad (‘Indori Ishq’), ‘Dharavi Bank’ will premiere only on MX Player on 19th November, 2022.
‘Dharavi Bank’ trailer begins with presenting Thalaivan (Suniel Shetty) as a terrifying gang lord who kills in an instant without a second thought. He controls the Dharavi Bank which is an industry in itself, from shipping ports to sports and real estate to politicians. While Thalaivan has stakes in everything he doesn’t leave a proof of any of it.
On the other hand is ACP Jayant Gavaskar (Vivek Oberoi) who has pledged that his Mumbai Police Force will not only stop this nexus but also bring it down. And thus begins his hunt against a ₹30,000 crore empire hidden in maze like lanes of Dharavi. Despite being warned about the dangers Jayant is not willing to stop fighting the crime.
‘Dharavi Bank’ is all about the clash between the unattainable Thalaivan who rules a ₹30,000 nexus right in the heart of Mumbai, in Dharavi and ACP Jayant Gavaskar, who is on a mission to bring him and his adversaries down at any cost. In this fight for family, power, honour and duty it will be interesting to see who will come out on top?
Touted to be a realistic crime thriller drama ‘Dharavi Bank’ on MX Player is written by Sarthak Das Gupta and other than Suniel Shetty and Vivek Oberoi key cast members include Sonali Kulkarni, Freddy Daruwala, Luke Lenny, Shanthi Priya, Santosh Juvekar, Nagesh Bhosle, Siddharth Menon, Hitesh Bhojraj, Rohit Pathak, Jayant Wadkar, Chinmay Mandlekar, Bhavvana Rao and Samit Kakkad among others.
Zee Studios has bankrolled ‘Dharavi Bank’ for MX Player. ‘Dharavi Bank’ will premiere only on MX Player on 19th November, 2022.
