Though it may sound strange but Shikhar Dhawan has started his own talk show. Yes.
It is a word play on the famous song ‘Havan Karenge’ and is titled “Dhawan Karenge,” whose first episode is now streaming on JioCinema. The show will bring people from cricket, entertainment and other industries.
In the first episode, Shikhar Dhawan welcomes Bollywood star Akshay Kumar as his first celebrity guest.
The guest list will also include content creators, business personalities, and more.
Upcoming episodes will feature actress Taapsee Pannu, cricketers Harbhajan Singh and Rishabh Pant, and popular content creator Bhuvan Bam. Shikhar Dhawan has also teased an appearance by Virat Kohli, which will be a huge deal indeed.
But, several talk shows came and went away meanwhile. Koffee With Karan is a phenomenal example of a talk show that has stood the test of time. In the meantime, Anupam Kher, Neha Dhupia and so many other celebrities tried to host a talk show only to be shut down after a few episodes or seasons.
